I have brides who ask me all the time if our team is comfortable working with videographers. YES! We want you to have incredible photos to hang in your home and an awesome film to watch. You may be wondering what’s important when it comes to your photography and videography when it comes to working together. We’re here to help you find the best ways to make sure your photography + videography work well together.

The first thing is that we want to work together as a photographer and videographer team to work together. We want to work together to get shots. We don’t want you to have to fight over attention. We want to get your best look! With that, we also don’t want to distract from any event. Your guests are there to see YOU TWO get married and that’s what really matters. Our photographers are there to do some ninja moves and capture everything as it happens!

In regards to certain events that will take place on your wedding day, photography and videography can look a little different. We don’t want to have each other in the other’s team’s shots! Some events have photographers a little bit more involved: maybe there’s dancing or other moves that are a bit more involved. For videography, they may only need a couple of sections to stand out and get what they need. Regardless of what’s going on, we want to be sure that we capture it and capture it well!

Lastly, communication is incredibly important. We want to make sure that we are on the same page, as photography + videography, to make sure that we are on the same page. We want to be following the timeline that the planner/coordinator took the time to set up but also want to get all of your amazing shots! We know how important it is to have photography + videography working together to make an amazing team!
